WIRE TRANSFER PROCEDURES

Before you fill out this form, please make sure that you read the Terms and Conditions.

It is very important that you fill the following form very carefully. This could make the difference between receiving your money quickly and not receiving your money.

EVERYBODY has to fill out the following fields:

• Adv_id: your account number in Pornaccess,
• Bank name: your bank’s name,
• City: the city in which your bank is located,
• Country: the country in which your bank is located,
• Swift: most bank have their own SWIFT number. They use it to identify one another,
• ABA: most American bank have this number. It is also used to identify banks from each other,
• Name: the exact name on your bank account,
• Account number: your account number in your bank.

If your bank has a SWIFT number or an ABA number, we might not need an intermediary bank that our bank can contact to forward the money to your account. However, if your bank gives you the informations on an intermediary bank that we could use, it is STRONGLY suggested that you enter those informations in the appropriate fields.

If your bank DOESN’T have a SWIFT number or an ABA number, we NEED to have informations on an intermediary bank. Your bank should be able to give you this information. The intemediary bank that you will indicate HAS to have a SWIFT number or an ABA number.

If you have to indicate an intermediary bank, please fill the following fields:

• Intermediary bank name: the intermediary bank’s name,
• Intermediary bank city: the city in which the intermediary bank is located,
• Intermediary bank country: the country in which the intermediary bank is located,
• Intermediary bank swift: the SWIFT number of the intermediary bank,
• Intermediary bank ABA: the intermediary bank’s ABA number,
• Intermediary bank account: the account number in the intermediary bank.

If you have to indicate two (2) intermediary bank, please use the other specifications field or contact Daniel at daniel@pornacces.com .

You can also indicate any other comments that are relevant to wire transfers in the field other specifications.

When all the fields are filled, please press SUBMIT. Once we receive your application, we will review the informations that you entered and we will accept or reject your application. In either cases, you will receive an email (to the address that you entered in your Pornaccess account) that will tell you if you were:

1. Accepted: in which case you will start to receive wire transfer starting on the next payment date,
2. Rejected: in which case the email will explain what information was incorrect or what informations we are missing and how to provide us with those informations.
